Day 1 Soreze

Get your accommodation in the centre of Soreze medieval village. There enjoy a park featuring trees older than one hundred years coming from the Tarn, Garonne or Aude regions...

Then meet your guide for a visit of the Soreze abbey's school, an old monastery.

Dinner at the hotel restaurant.

Departure to Carcassonne medieval city. Cross the black mountain and see St Ferreol and Cammazes lakes.
Also enjoy the view over Saissac medieval village and its castle, and Montolieu: town of Books and graphic arts.

Lunch in a restaurant located into the old medieval city centre and enjoy a genuine "Cassoulet".

Guided visit of the city: walls, curtain walls and St Nazaire basilica.

Have a free time before driving back to your hotel.

Day2 Carcassonne

Day 3 Toulouse

Guided visit of Airbus area, presentation in a "boarding room" of the A380 program, the plane assembly, general view of the factory. Then go aboard a full-sized A380 model.

Enjoy a regional lunch in the old centre of Toulouse, a traditional restaurant located in a medieval vaulted room.

Guided visit of the historic Toulouse : The Capitole main square in the city centre, St Sernin church, the Jacobins church and the palm tree like column, the private mansions witness of the pastel culture Golden Age.

Return to the hotel for dinner and night.

Visit Albi, the pink city classified to the Unesco world heritage. There, discover the gorgeous Ste Cecile Cathedral, the old city centre and the marvellous private mansions.

Enjoy a regional lunch in front of the cathedral.

Then, visit the Toulouse Lautrec Museum into the ancient bishop Berbie palace (nice views over the Tarn river) that was totally renovated.

Return to the hotel for dinner and night.

Day4 Albi
