In the morning, meet your local guide and visit the city of Perpignan. During the Middle Ages, the city was the capital of Majorca Kingdom. Pass through the “Castillet” a former gate on the city walls and be guided through the mazelike streets of Perpigan.
Your guide would tell you how this place evolved, make you admire the façade and courtyard of the Town Hall and show you some sculptures of a local Artist Aristide Maillol.
Discovert also the very particular St John the Baptist Cathedral, its baroc altarpieces and secrets.
Lunch : Stop for lunch on the Port of Collioure.
