Day 1 La Couvertoirade - Millau

Arrival in the late morning at “La Couvertoirade”. Have a lunch in the village Visit this medieval place that used to be a Templars and the Knights of Malta fortress.
On the way back to your hotel, cross the Millau’s Viaduct. Visit the historic centre of Millau: The Old bridge, the Square tower (only from outside).

Accommodation in your hotel in Millau. Dinner and night.

In the morning, leave your hotel to reach the Camares region. On the road go through the Rougier de Camares (local red clay ground or stones). That geological curiosity gives wonderful colours to the landscape (panoramic tour in bus).
Make a stop in a traditional family biscuit factory. Guided visit of the factory and biscuit tasting.

Enjoy a lunch in a Camares restaurant.

Free time afternoon in Millau.

Dinner and night in Millau.

Day2 Rougier de Camares

Day 3 Gorges du Tarn - Montpellier le Vieux

Leave Millau in the morning to go to visit « l’Aven Armand » (access only in cable car)

Enjoy a local dish for lunch in the surrounds.

After the lunch, go to Montpellier le Vieux, the greatest stony place in the world.
Visit of the site in touristic train and have a nice view over the "Grand Causses" and the "Gorges de la Dourbie".

Come back to your hotel, dinner and overnight in Millau.

Leave your hotel to go to Roquefort sur Soulzon, where you may visit a Roquefort cheese cellar. Guided visit and Roquefort cheese tasting.

Enjoy a cheesy lunch in the Roquefort Cheese cellar restaurant.

After the lunch, go in direction of Sylvanes. Visit the old Cistercian abbey, the cloister, the church, the chapter house

Return back to your regions.
