Day 1 Montpellier, Classical City
In the morning, meet your local guide in heart of city for a discovery of the classical Montpellier: it's in the 17th and 18th centuries that Montpellier was transformed, through its role as regional capital.
Places such as the Royal square of Peyrou were opened in the medieval heart. Private mansions were built. The city came out of its medieval appearance to become a beautiful classical city.
Lunch : lunch stop in the historical heart of Montpellier, called "the coat of arms" .
In the afternoon, departure (bus or car necessary) to one of the most iconic 'Follies' of Montpellier. This name was given to the castles built in the classical period and surrounded by beautiful parks.
Guided tour of the apartments and the garden, followed by a wine tasting.
